Is this a subscription that renews automatically?
No. Every licence is a one-off payment covering a 12-month term. There is no recurring billing and no card kept on file. We email you before the term ends so you can decide whether to renew.
What happens after 12 months?
Renew to keep receiving updates and support. If you choose not to renew, contact us about what happens to your copy.
Can I move my Freelance licence to a different PC?
Yes. Deactivate it in Settings › Licence on the old PC, then activate on the new one with the same key. If the old PC is lost or broken, email support@modo-pm.com and we will free it.
How is Enterprise priced beyond 10 seats?
Enterprise starts from £1,250 including the software, support and 10 seats. For more seats, multiple sites or longer terms, contact sales for a quote.
My licence key has not arrived
Please check your junk or spam folder first. Keys are emailed from support@modo-pm.com. If you still cannot find it, email us with your Stripe receipt number and we will resend it.
Does it run on Mac or Linux?
The ModoPM app is for Windows 10 and 11. The ModoPM Enterprise server can run on Windows or Linux.
